  • Q. HOW LONG CAN I HAVE THE BIN?

    A. Standard rate includes up to 7 days hire. Longer term hire can be arranged at extra cost.

  • Q. WHAT CAN I PLACE IN THE BIN?

    A. We can dispose of most materials however some types of waste can’t be mixed or attract high disposal fees. We try to offer the best solution to keep your costs down. 


    Due to EPA restrictions we are unable to accept wet paint, asbestos, oils or chemicals.

  • Q. CAN THE BIN BE PLACED ON THE ROAD OR NATURE STRIPS?

    A. Yes, however councils will require a permit which we will compete on your behalf. Each council has different rates and rules regarding street/nature strip placement. The permit costs will be added to the standard rate.

  • Q. WHAT IF SOMEONE ELSE USES MY BIN?

    A. While this is not as common as perceived, unfortunately we are unable to control this type of activity. Due to Vic Roads restrictions we are unable to transport overloaded bins, so some material may need to removed.

  • Q. CAN I OVERFILL THE BIN?

    A. No, the bin must not exceed to top perimeter. This is considered an unsafe load by Vic Roads and heavy penalties apply.

  • Q. HOW DO I PAY?

    A. Payment can be made by EFTPOS, cash or credit card on delivery (excludes AMEX or Diners)

  • Q. DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THE BIN IS DELIVERED/COLLECTED?

    A. No. As long as we have access to the property there is no need to be home. We can take credit card payment over the phone once the bin is delivered.

  • Q. WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR RUBBISH ONCE COLLECTED?

    A. We are an environmentally friendly business with strong emphasis on recycling. All bins are returned to our premises to be sorted where recyclable materials are diverted away from landfill
